My Story
Student Programmer
Hi! My name is Thijmen, and I am a second-year game programming student at CMGT, Saxion University of Applied Sciences. I’ve always been fascinated by how games work—from the mechanics that make them fun to the code that brings them to life.
As a programmer, I focus on creating interactive gameplay. Over the past two years, I’ve worked on various projects, learning technical skills like becoming fluent in C#, shader programming, Unity, C++ and the importance of teamwork and problem-solving.
I’m passionate about turning ideas into games that players can enjoy. Outside programming, I love playing games and exploring the latest trends in the gaming industry.

About Me.
I’m a creative and driven individual who loves challenges and learning new skills. My journey in game development started with a curiosity about how games are made, and it has grown into a passion for crafting engaging player experiences. Whether it’s coding complex mechanics or brainstorming fresh ideas, I’m always eager to grow and innovate.
When I’m not working on games, I enjoy discovering new technologies, playing my favorite video games, and staying inspired by the work of other developers.
